Wanda Granier is CEO for BridgeWork Partners. Wanda’s experience includes 18+ years in talent acquisition, human resources consulting specialties and management. Under her leadership, the company continues to grow in sales, gross margin, client acquisition, and profitability since the inception in 2008.
In 2014, Wanda received the Minority Business Leadership award by the Dallas Business Journal. Wanda is actively involved in the 77-year old Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, as she served as 2014-2015 Chairman of the Board of Directors, which become the #2 largest chamber in North Texas in 2015-2016. Wanda also served as a 2015 board member for Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Citizens Council of Dallas. She is also a member of Hispanic 100. In addition, Wanda serves as an Advisory board member for BBVA Compass and is a 2016 board member for Dallas Convention & Visitor’s Bureau.
She has been involved in numerous volunteer activities for cancer research benefitting M.D. Anderson in Houston, Texas, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, and Jonathan’s Stage benefitting Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Wanda is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin and attended Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Hanover, New Hampshire, “Building a High-Performing Minority Company.”
