There is something to be said of those who achieve excellence despite the odds. The Texas Diversity Council as part of the National Diversity Council, seeks not only to uphold and promote the principles of diversity and leadership, but also to recognize those individuals who personify those principles. As such, we have several annual awards, with which recognize and honor those individuals who have not only achieved personal success, but have made it possible for others to easily follow in their footsteps.
