Valerie Freeman is the founder and CEO of Dallas-based Imprimis Group, Inc., a leading supplier of staffing, recruiting, human resources, and outsourcing services. Imprimis Group brands are BravoTech, FreemanLeonard, Human Capital Solutions, Imprimis Staffing and ANSERteam. Valerie is also a co-founder and serves on the Investment Advisory Board of Texas Women Ventures which makes investments in women owned and led companies and www.primewomen.com, an online magazine for women over 50.
Valerie currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Dallas Foundation, the Dallas County Community College District Foundation, North Dallas Chamber and the Advisory Boards for Transformance and the Alliance of Technology and Women. She is a member of the Women’s Technology Leadership Forum and is involved as a sponsor and participant in the Technology Ball and the Dallas Business Journal’s Women in Technology Awards. She is a member of the Tech Titans, the largest technology association in Texas where she was honored with the “Community Hero Award” in 2013.
