Dr. Wyatt is Campus College Chair for the Schools of Business and Information Systems & Technology for the University of Phoenix Dallas Campus. Prior to accepting this position, he served as an Associate Faculty Member in the School of Business and doctoral dissertation chair with the University’s School for Advanced Studies, roles in which he continues to serve.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Denison University in Ohio and, following service in the Air Force, earned his masters and doctoral degrees in business administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. His dissertation focused on employee selection. His professional career spanned 20 years in the retail industry in HR culminating in his selection as the first corporate Vice President of Human Resources for the Bombay Company in Fort Worth.

Later in his career, he leveraged his recruiting experience conducting mid and senior level executive searches as a Principle with Korn/Ferry International and as Founder and Managing Director of his own retained executive search and consulting firm. For the last 12 years he has served the community continuously as a mentor with Transition Consulting, a program sponsored by local churches that helps job seekers find new careers.
