For twenty-five years, Greer has positioned premier corporations, small businesses and non-profit organizations as local, national and global leaders. She has advised organizations in areas of financial management, business management, brand management and corporate social responsibility.

Greer served as Vice President for Citibank and JPMorgan Chase, leading global financial service organizations. During her career, she operated a $26 million banking center executing excellence through sales, operations and client service management. She also managed philanthropic budgets totaling $25 million which affirmed each organization’s commitment to community reinvestment. Greer achieved her acute business acumen by directing sales and credit management, cash management, investor services, business analysis and small business development teams.

Greer executed strategic planning and new business development at Tom Joyner Foundation, with national responsibility for generating fundraising and revenue streams for the organization through strategic partnership with corporations, universities and government entities. Currently, Greer is Vice President, Community Relations at Wells Fargo Bank, driving the firm’s $2.5 million local philanthropic and economic development efforts, operating as the link between the company and philanthropic communities, focusing on stakeholder engagement, public policy advocacy, reputation management and corporate social responsibility strategies.

Greer holds a Master of Business Administration in Sports and Entertainment Management and Marketing Management from the University of Dallas. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Grambling State University. She also holds graduate certificates in Master Negotiation, Marketing Management and completed the Certificate Program in Financial Planning at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and is a Certified Financial Planning candidate.

Active in the community, Greer has held several board and committee seats with the Texas Diversity Council, Dallas Black Dance Theater, United Negro College Fund, United Way Income Council and University of Texas at Arlington College of Business Financial Literacy and Personal Finance Program to name a few. Greer believes that anyone can live the life they have dreamed of, if they obtain the necessary level of intelligence and through her philosophy she has impacted over 10,000 individuals through financial education.

Greer resides in Dallas, Texas and lives a very active lifestyle as a lifelong learner, traveling the world, golfing. She is a spin instructor and races with the Dallas United Crew rowing team.
