Nadia is Senior Vice President, HR and Worldwide Total Rewards at BD (Becton Dickinson), a leading global medical technology company.

She is responsible for the strategic direction for BD’s worldwide compensation, benefits, wellness and global mobility programs.

Nadia is a global strategic HR executive with ~25 years of experience across multiple industries, such as medical device, consumer products, software technology, fashion, advertising and publishing. Prior to joining BD, she held varied HR positions of increasing responsibility at companies like Diageo, Chanel, PeopleSoft and Young & Rubicam.

She has a proven track record of leading, managing and oversight of large scale change initiatives such as organization design, total rewards, implementing new go to market strategies, leading M&A change initiatives and implementing global technology solutions.

Nadia partners with the BD Compensation & Management Development Committee of the Board of Directors in establishing the global total rewards strategy and ensuring the delivery of competitive plans and programs to attract, retain and motivate talent for BD.

Nadia holds an M.S. degree in Human Resources Management from Long Island University and a B.S. in Business Management from Long Island University. She is a Board member of the Global Business Group on Health.
