Michelle Easton is an Executive Director at USAA with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her career started as an Investment Advisor and Financial Planner, working directly with USAA members to facilitate their financial security. For the last 14 years, she has been a leader in Financial Planning and she has been instrumental in driving major initiatives resulting in operational and performance improvements.
Michelle earned her BBA with a concentration in finance from The University of Texas at Austin and her MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) practitioner and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. She also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and Chartered Financial Consultant designations. She is dual certified as both a Certified Product Manager and a Certified Product Marketing Manager. Michelle also holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.
Michelle enjoys giving back to the community and has been mentoring students at Business Careers High School for over 10 years. She is a member of the United Way Women’s Leadership Council and Emerging Leaders Council.
Michelle feels blessed to have an amazing family keeping her very busy – Murray, her husband, her daughters, Natalie Grace and Emily Faith, and her “rescued” pets, Alex, a Ragdoll cat, and Bailey, a border collie mix. She enjoys watching college football (especially UT – Hook ‘Em Horns!), snow skiing and taking boot camp, kickboxing, hip hop dance, and yoga classes.
