Tracy is the Vice President and Controller for Tesoro Corporation and Tesoro Logistics LP. In this role she provides leadership and direction for the management of the Company’s accounting, reporting and trading control functions. Prior to assuming her role as the Controller, Tracy was Vice President of Financial Planning and Analytics where she was responsible for the annual business plan, recurring forecasting, operations and financial analytics as well as executive and functional leadership support. Previously, Tracy was Vice President of Finance and Treasurer where she was responsible for capital market transactions and analysis; capital structure planning; financial covenant analysis; bank, rating agency and bondholder relations; interest rate and foreign exchange risk management; cash forecasting; debt and investment management; and treasury operations. Prior to assuming her role as Tesoro’s Treasurer, Tracy was Vice President of Internal Audit with responsibility for overseeing the planning, organization and execution of financial, operational, regulatory and information technology audits for Tesoro.
Tracy was with Valero Energy Corporation as an Executive Director in Internal Audit prior to joining Tesoro. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor. Tracy obtained her undergraduate BBA in Accounting from UTSA in 1993 and her MBA in May 2012.
