TJ is the Director of Commercial Strategy and Business Development for Donald L. Mooney Enterprises (DME). She is the chief generator of new and refreshing commercial ideas and business options that yield expanded local and national workforce solutions for existing and future clients.
Prior to DME, TJ generated over 25 years of commercial industry experience working for household named companies like: Arthur Andersen; Hewlett Packard; Century 21 (Franchise Operations); Accounting Solutions; The Linde Group and Spherion Corporation before starting and running her own search firm for six years in San Antonio, Texas.
TJ is very active in her local church community as an elder’s wife at the Dellcrest Church of Christ where she serves as the Co-Chair of the DCC Widow’s Ministry and Sisters-to-Sisters Support Group. She speaks for National Lectureship and ladies’ day programs around the country.
TJ’s passion and desire to give back to her community became evident when she founded Confidential Government Solutions, a 501C3 nonprofit organization that provides career education and training services for Veterans, Military Members in Transition and their families.
TJ is a Military Spouse to Lt. Col. Angelo T. Haygood (USAF Retired) and a Blue Star Mom. Their oldest son lives in Arizona and is a Senior Systems Engineer for Raytheon and their youngest son lives in New York and is a performing artist and Matre D in the theater district. She enjoys public speaking for various professional and religious organizations and is active member at Dellcrest Church of Christ, where she serves as the Co-Chair of the DCC Widow’s Ministry and Sisters-to-Sisters Support Group.
