Allison Sadler is a Senior Vice President in Bank of America’s Business Banking Division. Allison has worked with Bank of America for sixteen years. She has held several leadership positions in Global Readiness, Associate Experience, Leadership Development, Personnel and direct oversight of contact center sites.
In addition to her corporate service, Allison is completing on her dissertation in the Human Capital program at Bellevue University. Her dissertation focus is in female leadership emergence and effectiveness. Prior to her doctoral studies, Allison graduated from St Mary’s University, with Distinguished Honors and a Master’s of Business Administration in Organizational Development. She works with consultants and academics in the community on a regular basis, speaking to organizations on Human Capital. She has supported the P-16 Education Initiative and YMCA Mentoring Initiatives.
Allison’s personal pursuits include health and fitness, cultural arts, and surviving her eleven year-old son’s golf schedule. Allison resides in North San Antonio where she enjoys the beauty of the hill country.
