Rose Valenzuela is Sr. Vice President of Administration and Corporate Affairs for CAMAC International Corporation. She joined CAMAC in 2005 and was promoted to her current position in January 2010.
Ms. Valenzuela’s present job responsibilities include managing the Information Technology (IT) team as well as all human resources activities including compensation, benefits, payroll, human resources information services, organizational development, diversity, EEO and recruiting and placement. She is also responsible for the development, coordination and consistent application and administration of human resources policies, programs, plans and procedures, including, but not limited to performance management. In addition, she oversees the administrative services for CAMAC, which includes facilities management, travel services, telecommunications and records management.
Ms. Valenzuela holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Computer Information Systems and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Houston; she obtained her MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Masters in Spanish from UANL in Monterrey, Mexico.
Mrs. Valenzuela is a member of SHERM (Society for Human Resources Management), AWC (Association of Women in Computing), NAPW (National Association of Professional Women) NAFE National Association of Female Executives, NHPO (National Hispanic Professional Organization) to name a few.
