Kenya S. Woodruff is a partner at Haynes and Boone LLP and chair of the healthcare practice group. She provides advice to health systems, hospitals, accountable care organizations, ambulatory surgery centers, physician groups, diagnostic imaging centers, and pharmacies on operational matters, regulatory compliance, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. She has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, having previously served as a Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer of a national publicly-traded radiology services company and as Deputy General Counsel at Parkland Health & Hospital System. She was recognized in Chambers USA for Healthcare in 2015 and 2016; featured in D Magazine’s Best Lawyers list for Healthcare Law in 2014, 2015 and 2016; selected for inclusion in Texas Rising Stars in Healthcare Law in 2009 and 2013, and Texas Super Lawyers in Healthcare Law in 2014 and 2015. She received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 1999 and her B.A. in philosophy and political science from Emory University in 1996.
