Jennifer is Vice President of Administration and Chief of Staff to the President. Jennifer serves as an advisor and liaison between the President and his direct reports. She works with leaders and team members on campus and across the UNT System to solve problems and address issues on behalf of the President and is often involved in special projects.

Prior to joining the UNTHSC in 2007, Jennifer was a Product Marketing Manager for RadioShack Corp and in store management and retail operations with HEB Grocery. She holds an MBA from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University and a BBA in marketing and management from Texas Tech University.

Jennifer is an active member of several organizations and boards including Chair of the Fort Worth Chapter of the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas (HWNT), District 2 Appointee to the City Plan Commission and the TCU MBA Advisory Board. As Chair of HWNT, she leads a volunteer Board comprised of 11 other members who supports the organization’s mission to support the advancement of women through the activities, events and programming provided to the 250 plus members.

She has been recognized for her community leadership through awards such as: Fort Worth Business’s Great Women of Texas in 2015, HWNT’s Estrella Award at the State level in 2013, “Most Powerful and Influential Women” by the Texas Diversity Council in 2012 and Fort Worth Business’s 40 Under 40 in 2010.

Jennifer credits her ability to lead a rewarding professional career while serving her community thanks to the unwavering support of her husband of 14 years, Chris Treviño.
