Patrice Tompkins-Everidge was elected vice president of Texas Instruments in 2015. She serves as worldwide Environmental Safety & Health (ESH) and Manufacturing Site Compliance (MSC) director and is responsible for ensuring the safety and health of TIers working in over 250 sites worldwide while also ensuring that TI complies with environmental laws in the countries in which it does business.

Patrice joined TI in 1997 as an ESH manager for TI’s non-manufacturing sites. She added semiconductor manufacturing environmental and safety activities to her work and supported TI largest manufacturing facility for five years. In 2004, she joined TI’s Worldwide Construction team as the ESH design/construction manager building RFAB, the world’s first LEED Gold® Certified fab . Patrice began leading the Risk and Compliance team in 2011 and later the Worldwide Environmental, Safety & Health team.

Patrice has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. She lives in Frisco, TX with her husband, Michael, and three children- Raven (13); Carter (9); and Samantha (6).
