Dona Costa, Vice President, based in Austin, Texas joined the organization in 2015 with over 30 years of operations and human resources experience within the hospitality industry. Prior to joining The Elliot Group, Dona owned and operated her own firm providing recruiting and human resource services to both emerging and established brands. For 14 years previously, Dona led the recruiting and succession planning efforts for national, growing brands, functioning as a business partner to operations and executives to assist with building effective teams.
Dona is an active volunteer in the Central Chapter of the Texas Diversity Council including serving as president for five years and moderator for the annual Women in Leadership Symposium for six years. Dona was the recipient of the Diversity Champion Award in 2008 and 2011, the Diversity FIRST Award in 2009 and the Charles Marshall Integrity Award in 2010. Dona is most proud to be involved in many activities with her children Tyler and Makenzi.
