As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Marci Rogers has led GSD&M’s People Department for 14 years.
Marci fosters relationships within GSD&M to amplify the agency’s talent. She ensures the right people take on the right roles, and within those roles, are engaged, challenged and rewarded. Her ultimate goal and satisfaction is to watch people flourish in their careers.
She’s a talent-developer. She strives to ensure people reach their full potential, and chooses to do this at GSD&M because she enjoys working with the creative, brilliant and quirky people, who challenge and fascinate her daily.
In order to reflect the marketplace and best serve clients, Marci is focused on creating an environment where people can be genuine and authentic to themselves. She firmly believes that each person’s uniqueness and quirkiness can and should shine through regardless of the role they hold.
Marci is experienced in recruiting, workforce diversity, learning and development, and employee relations and benefits. Prior to working at GSD&M, Marci spent nine years in the telecom industry working in human resources for Tellabs. She is also passionately involved in the community as VP of Round Rock Women’s Club, sponsor for Round Rock Sweethearts, leading a group of 75+ high school girls’ service organization, as well as CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) advocate, where she supports children in foster care to ensure they have a voice in the legal system.
