Tanya Henderson leads the Corporate Employee Relations function for Wells Fargo. Her team provides governance for the company’s Enterprise Employee Relations function. Her team’s accountabilities include operational, professional development, business process and analytics support for the company’s nearly 300 U.S. ER professionals.
Henderson was a key contributor during the historic merger of Wachovia and Wells Fargo. From 2009-2013, she managed ten business transitions that led the 270,000-plus team member population to a common HR Model.
Previous positions included managing banking stores and districts, back office ACH and Exception Item Processing teams, as well as call center groups that provided retirement plans and policy support to branches.
Giving back to the community is important to Henderson. For the past two years, she’s supported Each One Teach One; the only non-profit in the city providing one-on-one tutoring to adult learners.
Henderson earned her degree in Broadcast Communications from Colorado State University.
