Sandy Nott is General Manager of Administration for Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Texas (TMMTX). TMMTX, located in San Antonio,TX., is the production location for Tundra and Tacoma vehicles for Toyota.
In this role, Ms. Nott is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including Safety and Medical, along with the Accounting & Finance department.
Ms. Nott began her career with Toyota in 1990 in the Powertrain Plant at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, Inc. (TMMK) located in Georgetown. In 1996, she joined TEMA’s Production Control division where she progressed through a series of positions. Her areas of responsibility include: project planning and management for vehicle and unit model introductions and changes in North America.
From 2006-07, Ms. Nott served as Assistant General Manager for the Manufacturing Planning division at Toyotaâs Princeton, Ind. plant where she was responsible for ordering, logistics and planning. In 2008, she returned to TEMA as Production Control Assistant General Manager responsible for vehicle and unit production/volume planning as well as productivity and served as Project General Manager in the Production control divisionâs administration area.
In 2011, Ms. Nott rotated to the TEMA Human Resourceâs division where she was promoted in 2012 to General Manager. Until her recent move to TMMTX, Ms. Nott was responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and the Team Member Development Center.
Ms. Nott is an ISE advisory board member for the Rochester Institute of Technology. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Transylvania University in Lexington, KY.
A native of Princeton, Ky., Ms. Nott resides in New Braunfels, TX.
