Pat Teague leads USAA’s Member Experience organization (MX). The MX team is responsible for facilitating the financial security of more than 10 million members. Its goal is to deliver exceptional member experiences by providing advice, products and services that meet the unique needs of our military personnel and their families.
Teague also leads the Enterprise Fulfillment team consisting of Account Management, Document Management, and Billing Processes. Prior to her role in Enterprise Fulfillment, Teague led the MX Performance Optimization team which included testing and call quality, change management, process engineers, work management, MSR scheduling and forecasting and 3rd party vendor management. She has also held several other leadership roles in the company and has served as the financial risk and compliance officer for CFO, senior financial officer for Member Experience and operational risk oversight as a member of the Enterprise Chief Risk Office.
Before joining USAA, Teague worked for KPMG and performed auditing services for a diverse clientele including financial institutions and investment companies.
Teague earned her BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio where she graduated with honors. She also holds a CPA designation and is Series 27 licensed.
