Linda Aldred is senior vice president at Texas Children’s Hospital where she leads the Human Resources, Organizational Development and Learning teams. As a senior executive, Linda has also been responsible for marketing, public relations, and community initiatives at Texas Children’s. She is a recognized leader known for building strong, high-performance teams that have created and led numerous strategies and key initiatives that have helped the organization grow into one of the largest and most prominent women’s and children’s hospitals in the nation.
Linda started her career in the banking industry and has been with Texas Children’s for over 20 years. Linda holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in finance from the University of Houston and a Master’s in Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University.
