Joey Edwards is Vice President of Lee Hecht Harrison. She cultivates partnerships with companies of all sizes and across all industries in order to assist organizations in becoming more effective talent mobilizers. Consulting clients on better understanding, developing, and deploying their talent to align with their business needs through Career Transition, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, and Change Management. Prior to her current role at LHH, Joey was previously an Account Manager ensuring all her clients experienced the highest quality service through project coordination, implementation, reporting, and meeting their day-to-day needs. During her time with LHH, a majority of her client focus has been in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Trading, Technology, Non-Profits, and Healthcare industries. Being one the youngest professionals in her industry, she especially enjoys consulting on succession planning and effectively managing millennials.
Volunteer experience includes care for infants at Texas Children’s Hospital, assisting a local animal shelter place homeless dogs, and sponsoring a young boy in Ethiopia.
Education includes a bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a focus on Communications from Texas A & M University. During her undergraduate years, she also studied at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona for a period of time. Joey plans to continue her education by beginning an MBA program fall of 2016.
