Amy Mifflin is President of Global Collaborations, Inc. an international business consulting services Company specializing in corporate social responsibility, diversity management and inclusion practices, cultural awareness and preparedness, and strategy development for short and long term goals with an aim toward delivering visionary results for organizations around the world.

Ms. Mifflin was instrumental in developing and managing Executive leadership strategies for three different corporations, implementing workplace effectiveness studies including departmental/business unit action plans and measuring success within those organizations for short and long term results tied to performance and productivity; as well as designing and implementing variety of training and development programs for all levels of the workforce – globally. Amy has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of Cultural & Diversity Management and Organizational & Leadership Development.

Most specifically her firm has recently launched Millennial Intelligence providing resources to corporations, organizations, and individuals within the Millennial Generation. With some 80 million Millennials in the United States alone, understanding, working with and gaining access to one of the most prolific generations since the Baby Boomers is paramount to corporate futures and Millennials alike.

She has also written articles on social issues affecting global communities and generational challenges in the workplace, and is requested to speak at a variety of functions ranging from generational differences to gender challenges to race relations to cultural intelligence, to name a few. She is also requested to speak about socio-economic, human rights and ethical challenges facing companies as they do business globally.
