Kim Cousin serves as Strategic Planning Manager for Wells Fargo Government Relations. In this role she is responsible for leading the departmental effort to increase team member civic engagement activities as a part of Making a Difference, managing the Wells Fargo Employee Political Action Committee (PAC) membership drive, and overseeing government relations communications efforts with team members. Kim is also the Chair of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Black / African-American Connection Team Member Network.

Kim began working for Wells Fargo in San Francisco in 1999 as the Manager of Corporate Recruiting. She joined the Government Relations team in 2001, working as the Director of California Local Government Relations, before relocating to the Plano, TX, market as a Government Relations Project Consultant in 2006.

Prior to Wells Fargo, she worked for Monsanto Corporation, the City of Minneapolis, MN, and the Minnesota House of Representatives.

Kim is on the board of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County, the local PTA and a proud supporter of Hope Park.

Kim has a B.A. in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma, and a Master of Public Affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas – Austin. She resides in Frisco, Texas, with her husband and four children.
