Amy L. Gowder is Vice President & General Manager of Lockheed Martin Kelly Aviation Center’s two locations, San Antonio, Texas and Montreal, Canada. Kelly supports eleven engine lines that power more than 15 military and commercial aircraft and builds the powerplants for the F-16 and F-15 fighter jets.

Before joining Kelly in 2012, Amy spent the preceding seven years in several pivotal positions for Lockheed Martin Corporation’s Aeronautics Company, which included leading Performance Excellence, Aftermarket Research & Development, and Affordability. Amy’s background also includes working as a consultant at Accenture for top U.S. and international clients implementing supply chain management and lean principles.

Amy holds a Masters degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan Fellows Program and a Bachelor of Science degree in bioengineering from Arizona State University. She serves on San Antonio College’s Challenger Learning Center Advisory Council and is a member of the Association of Manufacturing Excellence. Amy was recently named a top 40 under 40 aviation executive by Aviation Week.
