Theresa Hoehne, Sr. Manager, Global Talent Development is a Navy ͞brat͟, has been a milspouse and served as an active duty member in the U.S. Navy. Currently, she leads a global training team at Rackspace. Theresa is active in diversity and inclusion initiatives. She is a co-founder of the Lavender employee resource group, which is dedicated to supporting mental wellness and all levels of physical ability in the workplace, as well as a founder of the RackVet employee resource group which supports veterans and their families through community involvement and initiatives.
As a veteran and diversity advocate, Theresa recognizes the special skill sets that veterans and their families bring to the workplace. She spent over a decade as a corporate recruiter and has used those skills to benefit transitioning military members as well as spouses by providing clinics on resume writing and interviewing.
Theresa has been married for 5 years to her husband Trey. She has two adult children, Christian and Evelyn and four ͞fur babies͟ all of whom are rescue animals.
