Mr. Clemons has worked extensively with senior executives, and investors in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Technology industries, supporting their talent management needs across a broad spectrum of sectors, including exploration & production services, midstream, refining, infrastructure, and software engineering.
Prior to executive search, Mr. Clemons corporate experience included Allstate Insurance and State Farm Insurance, where he focused on the customer delivery segments. While at these companies, he specialized in the areas of product service, strategic planning, capital projects and business analytics.
Mr. Clemons graduated from Millersville University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in business history. He currently serves on the board of directors for the North Chamber Leadership Lab Alumni Association as well as the Director of Membership for AABE (The American Association of Blacks in Energy, San Antonio Chapter).
