Virginia is a highly skilled “people specialist” with 40+ years of expertise in the field of people development, employee engagement, customer relationships, and executive/life/business and career coaching. With 20+ years working for the military, she transitioned to the corporate world joining USAA during a time or critical change and business development. She opened her doors as a business owner in 2002 working with various progressive organizations in the areas of career development and transitions, project management, executive/life/business coaching, business development, and organizational reengineering. With a special interest in Diversity & Inclusion, Virginia continues to find ways to bring people together on the same page to further the needs of society.
With a focus on EXCELLENCE and helping others to be their best success, what distinguishes her from others in her field is that she treats human connectedness as critical fun opportunities to move people and organizations from “mission and vision” to purpose, significance and passion. A world traveler, Moody & Associates is based in San Antonio, Texas, and serves major businesses, small business, colleges/universities, nonprofits, DoD, and individuals from many industries and cultures. A lifelong learner, she is determined to uncover the secrets of how successful people and companies communicate and build internal and external relationships to support a bigger cause. She is a wife for 46 wonderful years, with three adult children and 2 grandchildren who rolls her socks up & down with excitement. She has a doctorate in Adult Education, dual masters in Business Management and Human Resource Management, and a Bachelors in Vocational Education/Curriculum Design.
