Iris Dalfrey is a highly successful Certified Staffing Professional with almost two decades of experience in the legal, professional and administrative arenas, both locally and nationally. A Texas Native, Ms. Dalfrey grew up in northwest Houston, Texas and is a Graduate of Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. She is proud to be the new Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Confidential Search Solutions (CSS), a locally owned recruiting firm in San Antonio, TX, and is eager to continue the service oriented legacy of CSS as a minority and women owned business.
Prior to acquiring CSS, Ms. Dalfrey held several management and executive level positions with four nationally recognized staffing companies, where she oversaw and managed numerous regional markets, recruiters, and sales associates. In those positions, Ms. Dalfrey was dedicated to the ideas of integrity, professionalism, and service which enabled her to develop and cultivate those markets into profitable centers. She repeatedly planted new offices and branches in markets that previously had been untouched, and created business where there previously had been none. Most notably, as Vice President she developed a multimillion dollar market from the ground up. An expert in legal staffing, Ms. Dalfrey is adept at developing and implementing effective marketing plans, as well as sales and sourcing strategies, while successfully addressing customer/talent interests and concerns. She is known for her friendly nature, leadership capabilities and creative problem solving.
As the new CEO and Owner of Confidential Search Solutions, Ms. Dalfrey is enthusiastic about using her extensive knowledge of the staffing industry to take Confidential Search Solutions to the next level while continuing to work with the Military community. Although this is her first venture as a sole proprietor, Ms. Dalfrey knows that Confidential Search Solutions has the potential to be a nationally and internationally known staffing corporation and will easily pull from her previous experiences. She is well versed in dedication, hard work and perseverance and is ecstatic to be a leader in San Antonio’s staffing industry, as a minority and a woman.
