Ashley Inman is a Talent Acquisition professional with 15 years of experience providing full-cycle recruitment support and leadership guidance in the public and private sectors. She designs and implements recruitment strategy and processes.
Prior to joining the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), Ashley worked for the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) in Florida, a Fortune 500 construction division, and the University of California.
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Last year, Ashley was recognized as a top young professional in Florida’s Volusia/Flagler’s 2016 Business Report “40 under 40” edition. She also serves on a non-profit board, Girls in Tech Austin. Ashley’s husband, Clay, is a Navy veteran. They live in Austin with their two cats.
