Andrea Hardeman joined Nationwide as the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Andrea has more than 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, having worked previously for various servicing organizations in manufacturing, retail, medical, legal and finance verticals, in addition to supporting veteran organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a specialization in leadership.
She lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband and two children, ages 10 and 16. Her sons keep her busy with engineering competitions and sport, and her youngest child’s aspirations to become an actor. Andrea currently serves as minister of music for Skybridge Community Church and volunteers as a community talk show host for TBN’s Joy in Our Town. She’s been a partner to the Texas Diversity Council for more than eight years. With both a father and husband who are disabled veterans, Andrea has a passion for veteran recruiting and is extremely excited to serve as a panelist for this summit.
