Sherida Anchondo leads the hiring efforts for the Medtronic Diabetes Customer Support and Operations center in San Antonio, Texas. With a strong background in talent acquisition, Sherida has over 12 years’ experience working with Fortune 500 companies including DaVita Healthcare Partners and JP Morgan Chase, providing guidance in recruiting, hiring, resume writing, and behavior based interviewing techniques.
Sherida attributes her passion of hiring veterans to the 18 years she spent growing up in a military family, and moving around the world with her father, Lt. Col. Terry Scott Russell, who is still currently serving his country in the United States Army.
