Marshall Green is a Senior Talent Programs Advisor at USAA. In this role, he manages enterprise-level talent supply planning and collaborates with business and HR partners to develop and implement strategies supporting USAA’s hiring needs. Marshall manages veteran and spouse initiatives, leveraging various channels and programs, to ensure targeted talent pipelines are delivered. Marshall joined USAA in September 2013.

Prior to joining USAA he served as an Associate for Booz-Allen-Hamilton supporting the United States Air Force and their Real Property Support Visit and Base Realignment and Closure programs. Before joining Booz-Allen-Hamilton, Marshall served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years. He spent 6 ½ years as an enlisted member in the Intelligence and Military Training career fields. Next, he received his commission through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at Texas State University. His last 13 ½ years spent as a Manpower, Personnel and Services Officer culminated in his leading the career field assignments team at the Air Force Personnel Center, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. During his career Marshall has held a variety of positions at the Installation, Major Command and Forward Operating Agency levels.

In addition to a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas State University, he holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University.
