Tammi Wallace is the Founder & Principal Consultant of EnFocus Group. She is recognized as a strategist and thought partner working with organizations on their LGBTQ diversity and inclusion journey through training and consulting. Tammi brings a unique lens to the work at the EnFocus Group with the intersection of expertise in business, education, government and the nonprofit sector. Her areas of expertise include advocacy and community organizing, LGBTQ economic development, financial services, nonprofit management and policy and campaign management.
Tammi is a well-respected leader in the Houston LGBTQ community where she has been involved in various volunteer roles for over sixteen years. Tammi co-founded and currently serves as the Board Chair for the Greater Houston LGBT Chamber of Commerce, where she continues to champion economic opportunity for LGBTQ and allied businesses. She is also a founding member of the City of Houston’s Mayoral LGBTQ Advisory Board, past Chair and current board member of the Hollyfield Foundation and is a past member of the Victory Fund campaign board.
