Charles Graves-Harter is the executive assistant to the chief financial officer for Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting at our Carrollton, Texas headquarters. He rejoined Thomson Reuters in June 2012 and has 13 years with Thomson Reuters, and over 30 years’ experience in his field. He relocated from Michigan late last summer where he previously was the executive assistant to the global head of human resources, and executive assistant to numerous senior executives in our Hoboken, New Jersey office. Mr. Graves-Harter started his Thomson Reuters career with The Gale Group in Michigan in 2001 where we held numerous executive assistant roles. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Mr. Graves-Harter gained extensive experience with notable companies such as Florists’ Transworld Delivery Association, Williams International, and Little Caesar Enterprises in Michigan, and Parrish Medical Center and Orlando Regional Healthcare System in Florida.

In addition to his career, Mr. Graves-Harter has considerable singing and stage experience with the Turtle Creek Chorale and the Detroit Together Men’s chorus, many lead roles in theatre productions in Michigan and Florida, including Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor® Dreamcoat, Godspell, Chess, Wizard of Oz, and Little Shop of Horrors, and entertainment experience in The Caroling Company, performing at Walt Disney World, including a Walt Disney holiday home video for kids, and was most recently featured in a Disney-themed Podcast.

Mr. Graves-Harter came out as gay in 1992, and is the site chair for the pride at work LGBTQ business resource group at Thomson Reuters’ Carrollton office
