Michelle Green-Ford has more than 20 years of experience in Leadership and Cultural Competency Initiatives. Michelle is a graduate of the University of North Texas where she received the Degree of Bachelors of Business Administration. She is completing her MBA at Amberton University in Strategic Leadership. Her background includes impactful global leadership in five countries including; Canada, Puerto Rico, England, Dominican Republic and the United States. Previous Organizations that have benefited from Michelle’s experience include: IBM, DFW Airport, American Airlines, Sheppard Air Force Base and Texas Health Resources.

Currently Michelle is the Interim Vice‐President and Chief Diversity Officer leading cultural competency and vendor business development initiatives that impact more than 6,500 JPS employees in more than 50 locations. Her goal is to help facilitate the JPS Mission “Transforming healthcare delivery for the communities we serve” through maximizing cultural competency skills for staff to meet patient and community needs.
