Kyllan Cody was appointed administrator of Cook Children’s Northeast Hospital in June of 2014. She has oversight for daily operations and strategic vision of the joint-venture hospital. Prior to joining Cook Children’s Northeast Hospital, Kyllan served as vice president of operations for Methodist Charlton Medical Center where she led the development efforts for the hospital’s first open heart surgery program and helped to create several new service lines, including an interventional cardiology program, a sleep diagnostic center, and a program for severe asthma patients. Prior to Methodist, Kyllan served in leadership roles in both the for-profit and not-for-profit arena.
Kyllan is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Wake Forest University.
Kyllan and her husband, William, live in Irving, TX and have two young children, Laurel and Elliott.
