Kym Sosolik is SVP, Talent Development Consultant for Lee Hecht Harrison. Her approach is based on years of service working in corporations, academia, and family owned businesses. Lee Hecht Harrison’s focus is to help organizations build and develop talent mobility strategies as a key element of successful business execution. Previously Kym was the President of Allure Talent Consulting. Other roles include Vice President of Human Resources, Training, and Development.

While at Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business Executive Education, she served as Director of Leadership and Organizational Development where she delivered high quality, contemporary, customer-focused leadership development programs focused on leadership, human capital, and organizational development within the business community. She served as the Mentoring Program Manager for the George W. Bush Presidential Center Women’s Initiative Fellowship Program to enhance leadership skills of women in the Middle East.

Kym’s background also includes a 15-year track record in the pharmaceutical industry, where she served in a variety of roles including Training, Business Development and Sales Management. Community service is very important to Kym and she has served on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations in the Dallas community such as Empowering Women as Leaders, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women in achieving their highest potential through education, mentoring and networking and The Dallas HeartGift Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides lifesaving surgery to repair congenital heart defects in children who live in countries where this kind of medical care in not available. Most recently she was engaged in the Dallas Arts community.

Kym received a Master of Arts degree in Professional Development from Dallas Baptist University and Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Midwestern State University. This unique blend of science and organizational studies has enabled Kym to provide business solutions with a perspective of people development based on scientific knowledge. Her favorite thing to do is playing with her grandson, Leo.
