Fierce Conversations: Achieving Success at Work and in Life One Conversation at a Time
Most conversations just scratch the surface. They fail to address the real issues or needs at hand. A Fierce conversation is one in which we come out from behind ourselves, into the conversation, and make it real. During this interactive session, participants will learn about the four objectives of a fierce conversation and practice using the Mineral Rights Model, an extremely impactful and versatile way to address issues critical to success. For more information, visit fierceinc.com.
The Power of Storytelling
We tell stories to persuade colleagues to support special projects, share performance feedback with direct reports or inspire a team to embark on new opportunities. What makes a compelling story in a business context? Drawing on the works of several communications experts, this interactive workshopinvites participants to practice distilling success and failure stories, capture relevant stories in a Topic Matrix and make a powerful impact by sharing those refined stories.
