Marco Treinies is an Assistant Vice President Branch manager at Capital One Bank. He has over 13 years of management and leadership experience in banking. In addition, he serves as the chapter lead for the LGBT employee diversity group for Austin, Houston and San Antonio areas as well as serving on the business committee that develops and creates opportunities to engage the LGBT community through banking products and community events.
His community involvement includes working with several non-profits; including the American Diabetes Association, Helping Hands for Texas and SCADA. Marco currently serves on the board of directors for Pride Center San Antonio.
He received a B.S. degree in Science from Texas A&M University in Kingsville. He has lived in San Antonio for over 10 years and is a proud San Antonian.
