Tamara Bond Beverly brings more than 17 years of professional experience to her role as a Strategic Specialist for Tam Bond Associates, LLC., Fort Worth, where she supports the disciplines of event planning, logistics coordination, training development, project management and accounting. An established and respected professional, Tamara specializes in strategic and collaborative relationships to produce unique experiences.

Tamara started her career in 1998 with the Little Caesar’s National Accounting Center in Farmington Hills, MI, and extended her knowledge by accepting positions with Orchard’s Children’s Services and Daimler Financial in departments including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Lease Accounting, and Vehicle Subsidy Accounting. After 7 years of building her Accounting discipline, she took a position with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services in Costa Mesa, CA, where she led Support Operations. Tamara’s next role with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services took her to Fort Worth, TX, where she served as the Training Manager for the Customer Support Center. In this role, she was responsible for the training and development activities for over 500 center and field employees. With a passion for people, Tamara also engaged in and led numerous diversity efforts and awareness events, including an organization-wide multicultural celebration. After developing and implementing signature leadership development programs, comprehensive employee training programs and launching a new learning management platform, Tamara transitioned into Project Management where she currently manages small to large scale programs, projects and initiatives.

A graduate of Oakland University, Tamara received her BS in Accounting, minoring in Business Management. She later enrolled in Central Michigan University where she received her MS in Business Administration.
