With the growth of not just generational Millennials but those who consider themselves “millennial minded”, the workplace has to not only better prepare future leaders but also cultivate a cultural environment where all employees thrive and perform at a discretionary effort level on a daily basis. A different approach to coaching Millennials is necessary to achieve this discretionary effort, which can lead to high engagement across the organization. This best practice session will share tips and insights from both research and best practices on how to coach and engage Millennials in the workplace.
