Preparation is an invaluable tool when it comes to building one’s professional success. With the proper guidance, individuals entering the workforce can make incredible strides toward their professional goals. With this is mind, the College Diversity Initiative will help prepare college students to transition from college to the corporate environment. Corporate Leaders will visit campuses to have direct dialogue with students on leadership and emerging into the workplace. Our hope is that students will have an opportunity to learn, grow and prepare for their future success. Knowledge is power.
