As part of our Diversity and Inclusion Pillar, the Council for Corporate Responsibility seeks to promote generational diversity in the workplace, encourage success for all generational cohorts, and minimize intergenerational conflict. Our Millennial Conference addresses these goals by bringing together Millennials, experts on generational cohorts, and leaders to share their perspectives. Millennial participants will take away knowledge, attitudes, and strategies that will empower them to plan and navigate their careers as the new workforce majority.
