Vice President, Network & Shared Services Tech Sol Management, AT&T Services, Inc. Chee supports AT&T Technology and Operations (ATO) clients, including Tech Ops, Field Ops, Global Connection Management, and Chief Data Office, by Scoping and Architecting Tech Dev solutions, testing and managing the delivery end to end. Chee is responsible for AT&T GIS Platform, integrated with agile visualization and data analysis capabilities enabled by GeoLink/IceCap platform, supporting ATO and several other Business Organizations. In addition, she is responsible for AT&T’s multiple External Developer Programs (e.g. AT&T Developer Program, SHAPE, FirstNet).

Chee started her career at AT&T in 1995 as a Network Management System Engineer supporting AT&T’s TDM voice network. She moved from Labs to Operations in Oct 1998 to create AT&T’s Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) at Bedminster, NJ, which was unveiled in the eve of year 2000. Chee was promoted to District Manager shortly after that. During her tenure at AT&T, Chee held various GM positions with responsibilities ranging from Network Ops Planning, Process, to OSS Solution, Requirements and Delivery.In 2013, Chee was awarded Outstanding Technical Contribution- Industry Award, by Women of Color STEM Conference, for her contributions in Network Management and Performance Management solutions and innovations. She was then promoted to Assistant Vice President responsible for delivering Mobility Tooling, Network Performance Management, Capacity Management and Network Testing capabilities. Chee and her team delivered AT&T’s first virtualized Performance Management solution for Software Defined Network.

Chee earned her Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Purdue University with Minor in Computer Science.

Chee is married with two daughters. In her spare time Chee enjoys learning iPhone photography and sightseeing. Chee and her family live in Plano, Texas
