Nancy Greer is vice president of strategic corporate development within Raytheon Finance’s corporate development organization. Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), with 2015 sales of $23 billion and 61,000 employees worldwide, is a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, civil government and cybersecurity solutions. Raytheon is headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Greer is responsible for a broad range of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures or spin-offs, minority investments, strategic alliances and joint ventures.

Prior to her current position, Greer was vice president and chief financial officer for Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems, responsible for directing the overall financial policies and procedures for the business, including accounting, budgets, forecasting, reporting, program controls, financial systems, pricing/estimating, compliance and financial controls. She has more than 24 years of experience in financial and accounting management.

Prior to joining Raytheon, Greer was with Alcatel North America where she served as senior vice president and chief financial officer, managing more than 400 employees, as well as all accounting product line finance functions, treasury, contracts, internal audit, tax and U.S. investor relations.

While at Alcatel USA, Greer also held the position of Vice President and Controller, responsible for all budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis of eight business units and various telecommunications subsidiaries.

Greer earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. She also received an associate’s degree in business from Kilgore College. She is a Certified Public Accountant, having received her certification in 1981.
