Kristy N. Waterman is the Vice President, Chief Counsel – Corporate and Corporate Secretary of Dean Foods Company. In this role, her responsibilities include providing legal counsel to the company on matters of corporate development and strategy, corporate governance, securities regulation, public company disclosure and securities law compliance. In addition, since January 2016, Ms. Waterman has served as the Interim General Counsel of Dean Foods.
Prior to joining Dean Foods, Ms. Waterman was in private practice in the Dallas office of Norton Rose Fulbright.
Ms. Waterman is a member of the Securities Law Committee of the Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals. Ms. Waterman also serves on the Young Professionals Board for Junior Achievement of North Texas and as an officer for the Dean Foods Foundation. She is an active volunteer at the North Texas Food Bank and The Promise House.
Ms. Waterman received a B.S. from University of Texas and her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
