Based in Houston, Texas and a 25-year veteran of the company, Glynda McGinnis is the leader of Small Business for the Austin/Bryan College Station and Houston Regions.

Glynda leads small business for 260 Regional banking branches. Glynda collaborates with 30 Senior Leaders to ensure staff is knowledgeable on how to serve small businesses with $0-$5 million in revenue.

In her banking career, Glynda has served as a teller, personal banker, branch manager, district insurance sales manager, membership banking manager and Vice President managing Small Business. Glynda began her banking career in 1984 and in 1993 transitioned to First Interstate Bank, which was later acquired by Wells Fargo.

Glynda is an active volunteer in Houston and the surrounding communities. She currently serves as a board member for The Dalton Dehart Photographic Foundation. Glynda is an active volunteer for KPFT 90.1 FM, Caring Cabaret and the H.E.A.R.T. Program.

Ms. McGinnis earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Houston.
