Ruben Gonzales is an individual driven toward success and has a passion for people and organizational development through the implementation of strategic Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement practices. He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree in General Business and Minor in Bilingual Bicultural Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
Ruben formerly served as the Southwest Regional Board Chair for the Aerotek’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion, where he partnered with organizations to integrate diversity recruitment practices. He cooperated with internal D&I Consultants and Executive Leadership to: develop, execute, and monitor diversity metrics. In 2016, he was the recipient of the Best Practices and DiversityFIRST™ award.
Most recently, he has served as the Professional Development Committee Chair for the Texas Diversity Council’s Greater San Antonio Advisory Board and facilitated the coordination of speakers to present on current industry trends and best practices within D&I. Ruben is currently serving as the Co-chair for the 2018 Women in Leadership Symposium representing Harland Clarke.
