Raul Treviño serves as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant with the Human Resources Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, which serves the interests of the American public by informing and influencing our nation’s monetary policy, fostering financial stability and delivering quality services to the United States government and the financial institutions in our region.

Raul earned an M.A. in Cross-Cultural Studies from the University of Houston, Clear Lake after receiving his B.A. in History from Southern Methodist University, where he participated in the SMU-in-Paris and SMU-in-Oxford programs.

Raul has worked with United Airlines, based in Hong Kong and Frankfurt, and took full advantage of the opportunity to travel and learn through direct experience about people and cultures in many parts of the world.

He has served as a presenter and facilitator for various institutions and brings his broad expertise to bear in the development and implementation of professional development programs.

Raul is well-known and highly regarded among his colleagues for his infectious good spirit and friendly nature. With strong family ties in Mexico, he travels with his wife and children to participate in family gatherings and special occasions. Raul enjoys participating in the theater arts and playing the guitar.
