Jennifer currently leads the Advice Generation team in the Enterprise Advice Group. This team serves as USAA’s advice domain experts who develop impactful and actionable USAA points of view that address key member needs and business priorities. They also inform and influence delivery of accurate, consistent and relevant advice across channels. Previously, she was the Marketing Client Manager for Advice, Retirement and Wealth Management. In this role, she was responsible for enabling the financial security of members by providing guidance and direction for the overall marketing and sales strategy to drive demand generation and support sales execution for the various lines of business.
Jennifer joined USAA in May, 2012 from Merrill Lynch where she most recently drove retirement services client penetration among baby boomers as part of the Wealth Management Sales Support Division. Prior to that, she was with American Express Travel Related Services in a variety of card marketing and merchant relationship management and marketing roles. She earned her MBA from Columbia University in Marketing and her BA in Political Science from Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont.
